Bavarian Helles Lager

Ever feel like life is moving too fast? We do too, so we developed a beer that  encourages you to slow down and enjoy the subtle complexities. Noble hop adds some punch. ABV 4.5%

IBU: 20
Malt: Pilsner and Carapils
Hops: Tettnang, Saphir, Hallertau Mittelfruh
Yeast: Lallemand Diamond Lager


 

Best Bitter

Notes of caramel and toffee dominate the tongue, followed by a hint of hop. Our house yeast, Ringwood, produces a relaxed fruity overtone. Well balanced. Easy drinking. ABV 4.0%

Malt: Marris Otter and Crystal 77L
Hops: Northern Brewer and East Kent Goldings
Yeast: Ringwood


English Pale Ale

To start this brew we treat our local water to mimic the water in Burton On Trent in England. From there we keep a fairly traditional malt bill which is toffee and caramel forward. Our Pale Ale’s filtered to a brilliant clarity despite the haze craze. We choose to use East Kent Golding hops solely since we can’t get enough of their floral and fruity contribution. As with all our current beers we strive for a well balanced beer. Cheers! ABV 4.5%

Hops: East Kent Goldings-Pellets and Whole Cone

Dark Mild

The OG of session beers, our dark mild will leave you wanting more. Think porter but not as roasty and with lower abv%. We have brewed our dark mild using maple sugar. ABV 3.625%

IBU: 18
Malt: Golden Promise, Whole Wheat, Crystal 60L, Crystal 120L, Roasted Barley, Chocolate
Hops: Northern Brewer and East Kent Goldings
Adjunct: Vermont Maple Sugar
Yeast: Ringwood


English Style Juicy IPA

Hopped with some old school classics and new-school heavy hitters, this hop blend will leave your taste buds dancing. We add a touch of flaked pats to creates its trademark haze and silky mouth feel. ABV 6.375%

IBU: 70
Malt: Best Ale, Pilsner, Crystal 45L, Flaked White Wheat
Adjunct: Flake Oats
Hops: Centennial, Chinook, Citra, Ekuanot
Yeast: Ringwood


Schwarzbier

Our version of this dark German lager exhibits roasted malts balanced with moderate hop flavor. Slightly dry with a light body make this another easy drinker. ABV 4.875%

IBU: 25
Malt: Pilsner, Light Munich, Caramunich II, Carafa II, Carapils
Hops: Hallertau Mittelfruh, Tettnang
Yeast: Lallemand Diamond Lager


Hefeweizen

Yeast plays an important role in this beer and contributes to the classic haze and flavor profile of the style. A significant portion of wheat in the malt bill contributes to the bright golden hue of this beer. We think we found the perfect balance of the traditional banana and clove flavors associated with this style of beer. ABV 4.5%

Hops: Hallertau Mittelfruh, and Saphir
Yeast: Lallemand Munich Classic


Amber Ale

A generous portion of Crystal and Munich malts make this a malt forward Amber. A moderate dose of hops is utilized to keep the overall balance of this beer in check. To get an extra bit of character we carbonated this beer for the Nitro line. ABV 5.65%

Malt: Marris Otter, Whole Wheat, Light Munich, Crystal 77L, Crystal 120L, Caramunich II and Chocolate.
Hops: Summit, Wilamette, Centennial and Cascade

Oatmeal Stout

Our blend of malts give this oatmeal stout the perfect balance of dry, roast and chocolate flavors. Served on our nitro line to create a smooth, creamy and well-rounded stout. ABV: 5.75%
